Question is too vague, which company is requesting reimbursement, the one she represented, on her behalf or for their own profit or the company she reneged on, as compensation for lost investment in her?</description>

I&#039;ve never heard of a company requesting wages back - do you mean a signing bonus?  

Yes, it&#039;s legal (and more than likely in the contract) to have to reimburse the company for the moving expenses and any signing bonus if she did not meet the min. amount of time laid out in the contract.</description>
