Consult a qualified tax adviser. There were a lot of deductions I was able to take when I relocated a few years ago. I ended up with a very large refund from Federal.

You can deduct most of your moving expenses. Chances are you will pay less taxes this year.

Relocating to GA

You can deduct most of your moving expenses (basically everything but food). If your stipend was higher than the moving expenses, you will owe tax on that difference. If the stipend was lower than the expenses, you’ll actually pay less in tax.
